Your impact as a Manager We currently have an immediate need for an experienced professional to join one of our business teams as a Manager. The Manager will be part of a highly productive team of industry experts. In our team-based work environment, the Manager will contribute to both our internal processes and will be an integral part of delivering the highest quality product and services to our large Banking clients.  Job Responsibilities:Primary responsibility of this role is to lead data management and benchmarking activities for a large Banking client segment. These activities include data normalization, cleaning, and mapping of data into a normalized structure. Assists in the development and execution of customized analytics that enable clients to understand the competitiveness of pay across business lines, functional areas and regions. Acts a liaison between Business teams and Operations to ensure seamless execution of high quality deliverables to our clients and ensuring integrity of the data. Develops tools and dashboards in an effort to gain efficiencies associated with McLagan’s annual survey process. Provides analytical support to consultants during client projects that may include compensation benchmarking, compensation program design, and headcount / staffing benchmarking. You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseBusiness Knowledge – Background in Financial Services preferred and more specifically within a large Global Financial InstitutionProject Management – Strong Project / Process Management experience is an important component of this role. Technical Skills – Individual should be strong technically with ability to manage / process / reconcile large sets of data. Capable in Excel / PowerPoint in order to build presentations, analyze data and extrapolate results from large data sets. Ability to analyze data but also create a story / narrative around information in order to solve complex business problems is a plus. Communication / Presentation skills – While not the primary focus of the role, this person should be able to talk comfortably with clients, answer on-the-spot questions, service clients, speak and present well. Confidently manage day-to-day client questions / requests as it relates to the Data Management. Also needs to effectively communicate with business leaders across the firm. Self-Starter / Independence– Manages time / commitments with little oversight. Develops relationships internally to finds answers to questions.Team Player – Must be able to work within a team, be flexible, diplomatic.Experience: 4-7 years of consulting / financial services industry experience.
