Roles & Responsibilities:
The Manager, Global Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for supporting all aspects of planning and analysis for the Global Hematology. Partner closely with Finance colleagues supporting Global Hematology Commercialization, R&D and GPS. This position will provide key support for making strategic, financial and economic decisions while leading the day-to-day finance activities, listed below:
•Be an active member of the Global Hematology Franchise team
•Consolidate and report Global Hematology P&L budget and projections
•Work closely with US team to understand launch brand performance and KPI’s
•Development of Global Hematology related performance decks for actuals and forecasts
•Analyze financial information necessary to provide insights to Global Hematology Leadership Team
•Support remediation of financial performance related issues
•Ability to work in a fast pace environment often with aggressive deadlines and quick turnarounds
•Maintain sound internal controls environment and ensure compliance with local laws and Company’s policies
•Ensuring relevant accounting procedures and controls are in place and operating as well all requirements for US GAAP are fulfilled
Requirements:
•7 - 10 years experience in Finance
•Relevant U.S. or other market experience in Pharma supporting multiple functions/BUs
•Strong working knowledge of financial systems including SAP/Oracle and Hyperion preferred
•Successful track record of performance
•Ability to work constructively across a complex matrix structure with multiple partners
•Experience product specific financial planning and analysis and sales forecasting is a plus
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, auditing or a related field
•CPA, Chartered Accountant and/or an MBA is a differentiator
