Description
The Senior Sales Support Professional provides timely and effective sales administrative support to assist with the acquisition and retention of customers. The Senior Sales Support Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Support Professional's primary function is to support the sales team and market activities. Including but not limited to the following. Assists with Commission/Pay Audits. Answers internal and customer inquiries. Communicates with staff from other areas in the organization to confirm the status of issues and resolve customer complaints as well as escalated Customer Service Issues. Maintains the Compliance Integrity for the market with great attention to detail. Maintains up-to-date agent records. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues' regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Assigning tasks to employees and following up on their progress.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
3 years of Administrative or Office management experience
Active Health & Life Insurance Licenses or ability to obtain
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish/English with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance
Leadership experience

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work.
