You will manage reporting and planning on Capex management along with strategic projects working with the Business Development and Engineering teams. Also, perform the post-project implementation assessment on capital projects. You will ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting and conduct basic checks and controls. Support the delivery of process improvement initiatives and special projects and develop exception-based reporting and business analyses for the Strategy & Transformation Supply Chain team.
How you will contribute
You will:
Execute aspects of financial planning and performance management process and related financial decisions, including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a focused scope within the North America Supply Chain.
Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment and ensure full compliance with our policies such as CAPEX, Strategic and Restructuring projects
Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Director and S&T Leadership team
Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

The Finance Manager, Strategy & Transformation Mondelēz Supply Chain must have a collaborative management style with the ability to build cross-functionally partnerships and effectively influence and develop and implement business process improvements in the planning, reporting, and performance management area.
The qualified candidate will work on the forecast process, including monthly/quarterly updates, annual/strategic plans, and the planning process. Must understand monthly/quarterly actuals and insights on performance and ability to create reporting that provides business insights. They will be deeply involved in the CAPEX planning, close process and reporting. We are looking for someone with financial analysis experience and an understanding of the foundations of accounting.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycle reporting are well-planned and executed, and completed with impeccable accuracy
Supporting monthly/quarterly actual results, including tracking performance metrics
Provide financial due diligence on Capex and Strategic projects
Assisting with process improvement initiatives to drive insights and forecast accuracy on Capex Cash planning
Preparing financial reports for internal leadership and business partner reviews
Enhance and improve the planning, budgeting & reporting process
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
6 or more years of Supply Chain Finance with Capex Cash management experience is required
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with Product Costing experience is strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills and technical skills, particularly SAP and HFM, a strong plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sense of urgency
Ability to form relationships across functional areas and strong communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to influence without authority, collaborate and interact with all levels
Previous Mondelēz experience is preferred
