Mid-level associate with experience in the area of secured financings, leveraged loans, acquisition financings, direct lending, distressed financings (including DIP and exit financings in bankruptcy), and fund financings, although an associate with related finance experience would be considered. Ideal candidate would be class of 2017 and 2015. Open to candidates located in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Boston candidates willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
