The Private Bank is the world’s premier service provider for ultra and high net worth individuals.  Our goal is to help these affluent individuals across the globe optimize their wealth, after taxes and across generations.  Global Wealth Management Operations provides end-to-end support for all aspects of the client experience, working closely with client service, fiduciary, product specialty groups, third party vendors and other internal groups. Position SummaryCandidate will work closely with Mortgage Advisors to provide an exceptional mortgage experience to their high net worth clients.  The Closer is required to complete tasks assigned in an accurate and timely manner. These tasks include but are not limited to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring mortgage loans are properly set up for closing, working with the Client and Mortgage Advisors for timely closing of loan and preparing and finalizing loan closing documents.  The position entails utilizing various systems as well as maintaining pipelines and workflow queues to prioritize deal flow.

Qualifications:

6 plus years experience in mortgage loans

Conventional loan experience is a plus

Knowledge of Federal and State regulatory requirements

Detail oriented with ability to set goals, meet objectives, take initiative and complete tasks within deadlines.

Must have organizational, planning and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to multi-task

Flexible / Adaptable

Analytical / Critical thinking - be able to anticipate problems and resolve early

MS Access / Excel / Word / Adobe Acrobat knowledge preferred
