JOB OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT

Securities Litigation Analyst – Research & analyze complex corporate transactions & disclosure statements filed with the Securities Exchange Commission as they relate to developing legal theories. Master’s Degree in Securities/Corporate/ Finance/Trade Law. 2 years’ experience on the job or as a lawyer or eligible to take the NY State Bar. MBA or related financial analytical experience preferred.
