This FP&A Sr. Finance Manager will be a key member of the Services and Operations FP&A team,
supporting the Global Operations organization. The Global Operations organization manages the product supply chain and contract manufacturing.
The FP&A Sr. Finance Manager will support the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial and operational metrics. A successful candidate will be responsible for surfacing and presenting key business insights and recommendations to finance and senior business leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
Business partner with Operations management to create department level headcount, operating and capital expense quarterly targets and annual budgets.
Manage forecasting and reporting; including monthly actuals vs budget analysis and reviews with business partners.
Support forecasting and reporting Product Indirect OCOGS, including PPV, E&O, rework and freight.
Develop and maintain recurring management reporting packages summarizing key trends and analysis; quarterly reviews with Operations leaders.
Business partner with Ops and Sales Ops on POC metrics reporting and process improvements.
Partner with supply chain management to establish vendor health criteria, analysis and review process.
Collaborate with cost accounting team on monthly and quarterly close to report and analyze variances and completeness of financial results.
Collaborate with business partners and accounting to identify and implement process and reporting improvements.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.
What You Bring to the Team
BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus.
7-10 years of
progressively complex roles in a financial function with financial planning and analysis experience/understanding; supply chain/manufacturing experience a plus.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving operational goals.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
Willingness and curiosity to take deep dives into status quo and drive effective changes that scale, even or especially if it means establishing new processes or what hasn’t been done before.
Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating and communication skills, with all levels of management.
Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau and Anaplan software a plus.
