Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Supports Engineering, Operations and Product teams to identify and facilitate opportunities to optimize business results. Connects the dots between overall company strategy and business segment to ensure focus is on the right objectives.

Works with Business Partners to develop a clear action plan to deliver against the team's objectives.

Identifies business risk and collaborates to identify mitigation strategies and solutions.

Provides support in analyzing all aspects of financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement. Creates and monitors productivity KPI's.

Assists with Workforce Planning Meetings to align on the people, financial, and strategic needs of the group. Works with Senior Manager and Business Partners to plan and manage headcount to support roadmap and operational plans.

Assists with financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.

Interacts as team member and sets the pace for the Financial Analysts team. Interfaces with other department members on special projects or on an as-needed basis.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Bachelor's Degree

Salary:

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, with a Pay Range of $57,599.15 USD - $86,398.73 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
