Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting all Central Division headcount reporting, handling personnel accounts and organization charts, forecasting and data analysis, as well as presentations and other projects.
Tracks and analyzes metrics, operational procedures, and people analytics to cultivate improvements. Drives operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Participates in the development and utilization of financial models and analysis. Prepares budgets and forecasts as guided by Manager.
Collaborates with Profit & Loss teams, as well as other FP&A teams.
Evaluates financial risks and opportunities by crafting and reviewing operational and financial metrics.
Assists with the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual financial reports. Follows Headquarter mentorship during month and year-end processes, and adjusts journal entries when needed.
Researches variance to budget and forecast through detailed metrics and explains results.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specifications
Strong Microsoft Excel skill including: pivot tables, lookups, and sum/if statements.
Experience in headcount forecasting, planning, and analysis is helpful.
Experience with Anaplan, Visio, and/or Essbase is a plus.
Effective communication addressing and presenting to Sr. Leadership and Vice Presidents as well as handling confidential information.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
