Certified Mobile Notary Service (****is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Loan Closer to work remotely in the U.S.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Loan Closer is responsible for coordinating loan closings in compliance with company, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and industry standard rules and regulations. This position will prepare legal documents and closing packages for Title companies and attorneys.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
