As a Program Cost Scheduling and Control Analyst for the KSA Program, you will participate in the control of costs and schedules on contracts that utilize product based EVMS through APEX/SAP EV management reporting tools. You will be required to perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters. The program includes an efficient and effective team that relies on individual drive and integrity for success. If you're passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities to Anticipate:nWork closely with various functional organizations during the EAC development process; aswell as monitoring these organizations performance against agreed upon budgets,nProviding support of month-end close financial planning activities,nFrequent interaction with various functions (Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations),nBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of labor and material for current and futureorders,nContractual and internal Earned Value Management reporting, including generation andanalysis of monthly program metric,nRisk and opportunity valuation and impact on contract profitability,nProcessing budget change requests,nAd-hoc requestnQualifications You Must Have:nBachelor's in Business, Accounting, Finance or Math or related degreeAn advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master's is equal to 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. is equal to 4 years of experience. nn5 years' experience in Finance related rolenExperience with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)nExperience using other Microsoft Office tools (including Word and PowerPoint)nQualifications We Value:nExperience using financial software systemsnAnalytical, problem solving and decision-making skillsnAble to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements ina fast-paced changing business environmentnClear, succinct written and verbal communication skills and experience working within teamsnExperience in using SAP R/3 Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, Business Warehouse)nWorking knowledge of financial planning system (RPlan)nDefense Contracting Finance work experiencenUnderstanding of Accounting standards and practicesnExperience in contractual EVMS reporting, working in APEX/PRISM EVMS systemsnStrong financial analytical skills as well as a fundamental understanding of functional roles and responsibilities in a production environment (touch labor, support labor, material)nUnderstanding of program control responsibilities which include meeting internal requirements such as coordinating budgetary agreements, preparing EACs and monthly forecastsnExperience with project or task financial management and support including analyzing budgets, monitoring actual cost data, developing forecasts, and providing variance analysisnExperience with financial evaluations of production programs, engineering projects, and/or process improvements- strong understanding of what is driving variance within data setsnComfort and willingness to taking on new challengesnWhat We Offer:Whether you're just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
