Based in Nelson Supportive team with a fun cultureExciting opportunity for an experienced administratorThe OpportunityDue to an internal promotion, our Nelson branch currently has a rare opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the team as an Account Broker.This role would see you supporting the Account Managers with the day-to-day administration and support for their clients. As a key point-of-contact, you will engage with a broad range of people. You would be accountable for:Managing the insurance claims process for clientsAssisting with client quotes and renewalsPreparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reportsWorking with clients’ insurance providers, law firms, and external vendorsSupporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team.About youYou could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile. Prior experience in Insurance would be advantageous but not essential – training will be provided if you are eager to learn.
