Profile

As a primary account specialist for many clients, the Principal Channel Consultant is responsible for gathering client partner information to help them succeed and grow through value driven relationships within company's partner program.

Specific duties include:

1. Work with client partners to gather information and plan, create and execute enablement plans across their marketing, sales, and services teams to ensure client partner growth strategy and market verticalization;
2. Support client partners by guiding them on how to implement internal processes including but not limited to marketing and prospecting sales, client onboarding, ongoing service delivery, employee training, and hiring;
3. Analyze data to develop and implement new program initiatives and content to drive customer retention and client partner success;
4. Enable quality service delivery by assigned partners across all customers; and
5. Educate partners on advanced product use cases and strategies.

Telecommuting is available.
Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, or closely related field and five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience executing growth and marketing strategies.

In addition, the employer requires the following:

1. Demonstrated ability delivering annual on-site training on products and upskilling to partners gained through five (5) years of work experience;
2. Demonstrated knowledge of business operations including pricing and packaging, agency structure, and process implementation gained through five (5) years of work experience;
3. Demonstrated knowledge of APIs, database modeling and SaaS products/integrations gained through five (5) years of work experience; and
4. Demonstrated ability developing lead generation strategies and incorporating digital efforts gained through five (5) years of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
