A successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and the flexibility to deliver support for ever changing digital platforms. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThis position primary responsibilities are: u003cbr/u003e- Develop strong understanding of digital banking platforms, including digital account opening, text banking and opening online banking features/functionality such as remote deposit capture, bill pay, etc. u003cbr/u003e- Facilitate digital onboarding for Consumer accounts, including conducting operational application reviews, executing customer outreach to expand relationships (inbound u0026 outbound) and managing complex customer escalations.
