Job Description:
Manage portfolio of “ other lubricating products ” (transmission and axle fluids, leisure marine, coolants, small engine oils, ancillary automotive fluids, filters) portfolio for North America Lubricants as the End-to-End portfolio owner.
Lead portfolio optimization and drive future portfolio strategy in alignment with Global Brand, Channel/Sector Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Technology.
Generate incremental value through product introductions and managing the portfolio health, ensuring we achieve portfolio optimization, financial growth goals and timely delivery aligned market needs for future growth.
Effectively manage the low volume/value products to those technically or commercially required.
Maintain good balance of adherence to processes and commercial sense in defining solutions to portfolio gaps.
Lead/manage multiple major projects and activities with agility, simplicity and speed in a dynamic environment.
Ensure consistent, clear, timely, and proactive communications regarding portfolio strategy, project status, product launches and withdrawals.
Work effectively in cross-functional project teams with supply chain, technology, customer operations, sales and marketing.
Create and provide appropriate sales and marketing materials to educate and update Sales and Distributors around the latest news with OLP relevant to internal and external needs.
Serve as North America focal point to the respective Global Triangle Teams.
Lead and manage the development of Business Case Introductions (BCIs) for all OLP product launches thru to product maturity; work with product requestors to ensure accuracy of market estimates; drive stakeholders to action underperforming products and escalate where product performance does not meet targets.
Coach and prepare stakeholders on process requirements for introduction of new products.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Lubricants Sales, Marketing, or Technology/Applications.
Solid understanding of the Lubricants industry/market is desired.
Product requirements understanding for key automotive product categories (e.g. coolants, filters, greases, transmission fluid) is advantageous.
Proactive and strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across a broad network
Strong and proven ability to manage high complexity with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Good understanding of the various channels of distribution
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong analytic and creative thinking skills preferred drive decision making
High degree of leadership, communication and ability to drive results through others
Fluent in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
