Profile

Dinsmore, a prominent national law firm with over 750 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for an Associate in the Commercial Finance and Banking Practice Group in Cincinnati, Ohio. The position requires two to three years of transactional experience with commercial finance transactions. Experience with commercial real estate, construction financing, tax credits, and general corporate work is beneficial.
A license to practice in Ohio is required. Out-of-state candidates who are either willing to sit for the bar exam or are eligible for admission in Ohio will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates can look forward to an entrepreneurial, collegial work atmosphere and a practice that will include significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex transactions for regional and national clients of all sizes.
