Develops analysis and reporting in support of the organization’s compensation programs, including but not limited to: Geographical differential, metrics, market data, maintenance of internal equity in pay structure, pay policy interpretation, regression and compression analysis, regulatory compliance and other special projects as assigned. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Designs, configures, and provides ongoing technical support of Talent Acquisition’s offer tool for the FKC clinical environment. This system and its various iterations across the rest of FMCNA, GMQS, and GRD enable US based businesses to maintain optimal labor wage rates while mitigating new compression spending. Technical support and administration of the Compensation SQL database which combines information from HRIS, payroll, GLBP, and LTI data sources to provide HR and leadership with real time data for client support and the review of labor spending and market competitiveness. Provides real updates and reporting during PeopleFluent open periods to HRBP’s and Comp to identify planning leaders that are over budget on spending and guidance. Administers and maintains the geo-location (Pay Tier database) which allows the Comp team to provide insight and guidance to all US business in aligning locations with regional and local pay market competitiveness Creates and executes personalized exhibits reflecting LTI, STI and Merit outcomes for senior leaders to share with their employees. Support global comp colleagues in the use of software’s and excel tools developed for compensation data management and processes. Designs, develops, and implements methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets Develops dashboards, information tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate and evaluate datasets Modifies compensation database management systems applications that are small and/or less complex in nature. Refers complex projects to higher-level staff for review Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Builds productive working relationships Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies Escalates issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor Other duties as assigned PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
