POSITION TITLE: Sr. Financial AnalystREPORTS TO: Director FP&ABUSINESS/COMPANY/DEPARTMENT: Finance / FP&ALOCATION: Park City, SLCOur Sr. Financial Analyst reports on and analyzes financial results across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.u2019s suite of ecommerce sites. Ongoing reporting and performing ad hoc analysis as well as other support is required. Sr. Financial Analysts also assist in budgeting, forecasting and treasury.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:u25CF Provide complete financial support for end to end Financial Planning and Budgetingu25CF Develop and upgrade critical finance processes, business, and review cadence, including leading the monthly and annual financial management cyclesu25CF Build and update financial models and budgets and perform ad hoc data inquiries as needed.u25CF Work with business intelligence tools to extract relevant data as needed. Work with BI team members to gather data as required.u25CF Demonstrate working knowledge of concepts and principles of business metrics and analyses, including their application to effective reporting and analysis.u25CF Responsible for financial storytelling in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:u25CF Stay current on retail industry trends and developments; stay current with the latest analytics trends and developments. Discuss trends with FP&A team members and make recommendations as appropriate.u25CF Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:u25CF Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required. The preferred degree path is economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, or business administration.u25CF 3-5 years of professional experience.u25CF Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills required.u25CF Must be curious and interested in learning FP&A.u25CF Proficient Microsoft Office skills in Word and Outlook required.u25CF The ability to understand and read financial budgets, reports, models, and data is required.u25CF Basic understanding of financial reports and preparation of dashboards is required.u25CF Prior experience working with Looker and/ or NetSuite a plus.ABOUT **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.u00A0Seek it.
