Job Summary
The Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for the indirect spending categories including facilities and travel by reviewing proposals, negotiating prices, analysing trends, and maintaining necessary records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
€Evaluates current sourcing/procurement processes to continuously improve productivity and efficiency of the organization
€Develops category management and sourcing strategies to allow **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.-US to capture cost reduction, while maximizing quality, speed and scalability for all Indirect purchases
€Consolidates spending across the company to capture buying power with key suppliers who are motivated by our growth and thrive for innovation
€Analyzes spending to develop cost reduction roadmaps and strategies
€Earns trust with key partner teams to collaborate on requirements gathering, while leading RFP creation, response review, and supplier selection processes
€Negotiates contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality while working with cross-functional stakeholders
€Collaborates with the merchandising and supply chain departments to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities
€Estimates risks and apply mitigating techniques, as well as negotiate contracts that comply with industry regulations
€Negotiates for best possible cost service guarantee and develop win-win strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers
€Maintains and develop supplier relationships which are incentivized by performance and innovation
€Develops and implement mechanisms for new contracting requests and savings tracking
€Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
€Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Logistics preferred
€5 years of procurement or sourcing experience
