We would like to identify someone in the West Coast region who is able to work typical business hours within the Pacific Standard time zone, to allow for easier daily collaboration and communications with our client teams in the region. This is a remote work opportunity.As a Financial Coordinator, you will be interacting with cross-functional teams to provide financial support for client programs. In this role, you will be supporting project teams by analyzing and processing project-based financial related information that is used for operational reporting and/or submitted to WD's Finance Team for processing. This role is embedded within our client teams and works closely with WD's Finance Team for overall company reporting as needed.Preferred Experience:Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field) or equivalent experienceExperience in data entry and/or general office administrationExperience is operations functional support or cost accounting is idealAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Access, and SQL, such as having the ability to perform advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLookup is helpfulExperience with Tableau is a plusIndustry experience in architecture, engineering, construction, retail, restaurant, healthcare is a plusStrong interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills are necessaryNeed to be a creative and innovative team player with a positive approach and a focus on business issuesWhat matters to our associates matters to us.
