As a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A,
you will prepare financial analyses/budgets and acts as a liaison to management for the interpretation of financial data. Prepares monthly financial management reports and assists in the monthly reviews. The position reports to the Sr. Director, FP&A.
Prepares and reviews monthly financial results for senior management, comparing current performance with year-to-date results and budget projections
Analyzes profit and loss statement, prepares general analyses, and completes special projects/reporting as required
Supports monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results
Provides presentations to senior and line management covering topics such as financial performance, improvements needed and changes to the financial outlook
Responds to questions/problems regarding financial statements and budgets
Proactively performs research and analyses on profit and loss statements to understand key trends and issues
Supports budgeting process as requested
Supports ad-hoc tasks and various business projects using tools to improve processes and increase productivity
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Adheres to and participates in Company’s mandatory HIPAA privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs/practices
Reviews and adheres to all Company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook
Approximate percent of time required to travel: 10-20%
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or the equivalent
2 years progressive experience in corporate finance / analysis. Recent graduates out of college with relative internship experience will also be considered
Prior financial experience in Health Care a plus
Experience in SAP, Adaptive Insights, and MicroStrategy preferred
Strong knowledge of financial software and Excel required
Effective communication and presentation skills required
Must read, write and speak fluent English
Must have good and regular attendance
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination
