While serving on the KPB Wealth Services or Specialty Teams and within the relationship management team, collaborates effectively and provides insights and solutions to attract, retain and grow clients who require complex strategies to protect, grow and transition personal and family wealth. Actively manages trust and agency accounts, in accordance with established policies and procedures, to a high professional standard - entrusted with the responsibility of delivering the KPB fiduciary mandate to ensure consistent advisory delivery, while managing fiduciary risk. Retains and deepens profitable client relationships within assigned revenue base. Actively produces new revenue as a team member to the field to meet production goals.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSFiduciary Expertise and Trust AdministrationMaintains deep expertise in fiduciary, investment, tax, and other related wealth issuesDesigns and delivers sophisticated fiduciary solutions, using relationship team model (being prepared and participating in pre-call), to high net worth clients with complex financial needs.Administers complex fiduciary and/or agency accounts with a proactive, disciplined, consistent and comprehensive approachAnalyzes and interprets legal instruments to determine duties and responsibilities of bankFulfills Key's fiduciary responsibilities, ensuring retention of business and reputationDemonstrates awareness of state specific estate and tax planning issuesAdvises field teams and other partners on internal fiduciary issuesIdentifies and resolves potential trust and estate tax-related issuesDemonstrates and applies sound fiduciary judgmentClient Servicing and RetentionEngages appropriate centralized support teams for administration or expertise in the delivery of client adviceExecutes, through Salesforce or other Comprehensive Practice Management process, prioritized pro-active client contacts, per service standardsReviews client estate planning and trust documents and advises RMs, CEMs, ARMs, attorneys, etc. on recommended changesAnticipates and advises clients on evolving financial goals and objectives as well as contributing to the development of the annual client plan and actively participates in the execution.Retains and deepens the relationship with a client including the next generationSalesWorks closely with the Relationship Management Team to identify and prioritize opportunities to deepen relationshipsIdentifies Investment Management and Trust Opportunities as well as any other banking, lending or insurance needsFosters close business relationships to develop client loyalty and new business opportunitiesAssesses client revenue opportunity based on complexity and service required.
