Description

The Senior Data Analyst role solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Senior Data Analyst work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

As part of the Pharmacy Analytics and Consulting team, you will leverage complex data to support modeling and process improvements by using business expertise and analytics. These actionable insights will support our internal partners to drive business strategy and decisions.

The role will focus on optimizing enterprise value through Pharmacy Quality Network's program and Network pricing strategies. Support the Quality Network team by tracking adherence measures of the program and the resulting financial impact.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
Experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Basic knowledge of coding in either, SQL or SAS


Preferred Qualifications


Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Advanced in SQL, SAS, R, Python and other data systems
Experience with tools such as Tableau and PowerBI for creating data visualizations
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
Pharmacy Pricing Experience
