ROLE TITLE: USER ACCEPTANCE TEST COORDINATOR - AIB MORTGAGE CHANGE
LOCATION: We have a hybrid approach to working, which includes a blend of onsite in Central Park and remote working.
This role is being offered on a permanent basis.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:
*Provide support for, conduct and co-ordinate user acceptance testing to ensure that new and amended software being delivered to the mortgage system acts, performs and behaves as specified
*Confidently engage with all stakeholders within the business, change and IT communities during the planning, development, test and delivery of changes to the production environment with the assistance of and under the direction of Business Analysts and Business Change Managers *Participate in stakeholder / end user business/technical workshops with stakeholders *Design User and Business Acceptance Test schedules for product, services or process changes *Understand and interpret functional specifications and User requirements documentation with a view to deriving a suite of test scripts for end users to follow *Produce test scripts, ensure all tests are executed correctly and outcomes are recorded in the required format. *Create and manage UAT testing schedules and co-ordinate and agree requests for business user testers to the impacted business area. *Undertake various analyses to investigate the effectiveness of proposed changes to the mortgage system *Provide input to user documentation that will support training/implementation of the required change *Provide advice and support to internal customers as requested about the systems. *Work with the business & IT teams to identify project and process risks and understand their potential impacts and devise / document appropriate mitigants *Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners to ensure collaboration in delivering effective results

The AIB Mortgage Change Team work hand in hand with the Mortgage Products Team to deliver Regulatory and Sustainment IT related change to the Mortgage Systems.

A vacancy now exists in Products, for a User Acceptance Test Coordinator, in Mortgage Products, reporting into the Head of Mortgage Change.
