1ST SHIFT (United States of America)

The Manager, Corporate Development is responsible for work streams including enterprise strategic planning initiatives, M&A activities and broader corporate development functions, and will receive oversight and direction from the SVP, Enterprise Strategy. The position must have an in-depth knowledge of consulting, investment banking or related corporate fields.General responsibilities include the following:


Supports and develops the organization's strategic plan(s) to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability in close relation to executive leadership and business leaders

Identifies, investigates, and evaluates acquisitions/divestitures, licensing opportunities and strategic business alliances that are in line with the organization's long-range goals

Solves complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions





Analyzes the effectiveness of the strategies created and applied to the enterprise

Develops recommendations and frequently advises leadership on changes and adjustments needed

Analyzes complex information to assist in the identification of the company strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities

Responsible for conducting research, quantitative analysis, and modeling that support modules of the company's strategic plan and M&A pipeline

Identification and analysis of opportunities, market segmentation, business plan development, and performance analysis and evaluation


Qualifications:


Bachelors in Finance, Economics, or related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate, consulting, or investment banking OR Master’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate, consulting, or investment banking
