Certified Mobile Notary Service (****is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Mortgage Loan Originator to work virtually in the U.S. only.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support multiple branches and work closely with the bankers which who will be your main source of business. You will receive your leads directly from the bankers. You will not be required to bring your own leads though of course it is an advantage.
Coach and mentor branch bankers on home lending products.
Convert leads into mortgage applications through consultation with customers.
Consultative sales, explaining the benefits of various mortgage products and services.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
2/+ years of experience with loan originations.
Working closely with the branches.
SKILLS: Must be comfortable using various systems and technology.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work hand in hand with several bank branches and need to be available during the hours of 8:30-5:30pm Monday to Friday plus some Saturdays on rotation from 8.30-3:00 pm.
Computer and Internet.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
