Specialist at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., you will be a technical solution leader within our enterprise sales organization working with our most important customers. You will work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate your customers at a deep technical level, design, demonstrate and prove out our solutions. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and non-**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. hybrid cloud technologies.
Your Role
You will be the key technical leader and influencer in shaping customer decisions to buy, architect and adopt **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Hybrid Cloud solutions. Being a member of the this team, you will give technical presentations, conduct demonstrations, help architect proof of concepts according to the customers business requirements. Your activities will directly support the market share and revenue growth of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. through your technical leadership in designing and implementing mission critical solutions for our customers.
You will be participating in internal **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. technical communities as well as broader industry events, blog publishing, white papers, and reference architectures in your area of expertise.
You will influence the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Hybrid Cloud direction and go to market strategies by providing feedback to product management, sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers you encounter.
What You'll Bring
8 years of relevant experience in hybrid cloud pre/post-sales engineering.
Experience supporting enterprise Data Center products with practical understanding of Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud architectures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams, leveraging company resources to drive sales and solve customer challenges.
Strong communication, time management, problem solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on proficiency with public cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud (GCP).
Experience with enterprise networking and firewalls.
Familiarity with configuring and deploying cloud-based workloads.
Experience with cloud governance, VDI, software-defined virtual desktops, IoT applications and infrastructure and disaster recovery.
Hyper-converged architectures, specifically the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Core HCI Platform.

Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Architect
- The expertise and ability to integrate complex elements and customer requirements into innovative technical architectures in the cloud services and application security space is required.
Cloud Trust
- Demonstrated knowledge of IoT Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, VDI and industry compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solution decisions is preferred.
Technical breadth
- Enterprise-scale experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management are preferred.
Collaborative
- Able to work cohesively with members of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. sales, services, and marketing organizations and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. partners is required.
Excellent Communicator
- Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, product demo, writing, and verbal communication skills is required.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $211,200 - $316,800/ year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
