USA Based Financial Analyst (Business focus)
Financial Analyst on 5 USA States to identify the best location for a manufacturing site. The financial modeling on State/County/City benefits (tax exemptions, incentives, grants, loans, property). We have had extensive discussions with the 5 local Economic Development Team’s and collected most financial information.
I’m seeking a financial analyst, with USA business experience (preferably who has worked with State based Economic Development teams (EDT’s), or has previously worked for them.
The responsibilities for the project are:
- review current financial model and assumptions for 5 prioritised States;
- update financial model based on insights and feedback
- participate in weekly team update meetings with client (CEO and COO)
- present financial models, assumptions, Top 5 States with clients CFO
- attend other relevant meetings as required.
Commencing immediately for 2-3 days per week, for 3 weeks. Ability to work flexible hours (and across timezones) is important.
