Due to expansion, loacl bank in immediate need for a Residential Loan Closer. Someone with experience with residential covered transactions. Bank is offering a base salary with generous bonus structure. Work/life balance ontop of fully remote role. Bank has had little to no turnover throughout the years and promote from within, so you do have an opportunity to grow if you choose to.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Closing residential transactions
* Experience with local state and federal guidelines
* Communicate effectively written and verbal
* Work alone or in a team setting to accomplish department objectives
* Experience with HELOCKS
* Close loans in size from $300K to $2MM
REQUIREMENTS:
* 4 year degree
* Minimum 3 years experience in residential closing
* Experience with HELOCKS and Standard loans
* Experience with JUMBO and 548 Loans
