This FP&A Finance Manager will be a key member of the Services and Operations FP&A team,
supporting the Customer Experience (CX) organization.
The CX FP&A Manager will support the budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial and operational metrics. A successful candidate will be responsible for surfacing and presenting key business insights and recommendations to finance and senior business leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
Support forecasting and analysis of Services Bookings, Revenue, COGS, and Gross Margins.
Prepare monthly actuals vs budget analysis; and review with finance business partners.
Partner with other CX finance and business teams on spend and headcount budgeting and forecasting.
Provide analytical, decision-making support for CX performance measurement, calculation, and methodology.
Develop and maintain recurring CX management reporting packages summarizing key trends and analysis; quarterly reviews with finance and business leaders.
Prepare bi-weekly Bookings Pipeline and Actuals reporting for the Professional Services (PS) business.
Develop key analyses and metrics for the PS Install business (average cost per theater, vendor, average time, to deliver, etc).
Track Evergreen subscription trends (Bookings, Mix, Discounts, etc) across theaters and products.
Review and approve Purchase Requests for CX business.
Reconcile budget line item actuals vs forecast tracking.
Load monthly HC and spend forecast into FP&A planning tool (Anaplan).
Develop and implement process improvements, including budget and headcount tracking as well as the calculation of success metrics.
Collaborate with the Accounting team at month end and quarter end close on spend accruals; and to report and analyze variances to ensure financial result completeness.
Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting and business partners to identify and implement budget tracking process and reporting improvements.
Drive continual process improvement leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale the business.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.
What You Bring To The Team
BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus.
6 years of
progressively complex roles in a financial function with financial planning and analysis experience/understanding; Service experience a plus.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving operational goals.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, project management, and financial modeling abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
Willingness and curiosity to take deep dives into status-quo and drive effective changes that scale, even or especially if it means establishing new processes or what hasn’t been done before.
Ability to partner cross-functionally, through strong relationship building, influencing, negotiating and communication skills, with all levels of management.
Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau and Anaplan software are a plus
