Shifts: 1st Shift.
Employment Types: Direct Hire, Full Time.
Pay Rate: $39.00 - $45.00 / hour
Duties: Coordinate and participate in the monthly close process including preparing monthly journal entries (depreciation, payroll, prepaids, etc.)
Reconcile inter-company receivables and payables
Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheets and expense accounts
Assist with tracking workers comp, auto insurance claims, new ASC 606 Revenue Recognition analyses and implementation
Assist with the integration of future acquisitions which will require manual entries
Position Requirements: REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
CPA license preferred
Strong experience with Word and Excel (Vlookups, SUMIF's, Pivot Tables)
2 years of progressive Accounting experience along with account reconciliation
Experience with Sage 300, TRUX, Tower, QuickBooks, or other large automated accounting system a plus
