The Associate Director, Data Science is a key leadership role in the AI Integration team, and is responsible to help bring the power of AI and Machine Learning to the Enterprise Clinical Operating Model (ECOM) program. The individual has keen desire to understand the business, and in designing and delivering solutions to complex, high-impact business problems.
The Associate Director, Data Science develops, maintains, and collects structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting. Creates reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Have wide and robust level different ds techniques to drive analytical technical solutions
Partner to create end-to-end AI solutions from conception to implementation, ensuring that they create expected business impact. Strong leadership skills, culture shaper, talent builder, influencer and collaborator that must effectively engage senior leadership and the broad organization to execute towards common goals.
Knowledge of modern cloud data technologies and architectures: Spark, Python, Power BI, Azure, DataBricks.
Required Qualifications
Master degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science)
6 or more years of experience in data mining, statistics, analytical methods and tools, techniques and algorithms
2 or more years of management experience
Possesses a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department
Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting
Experience in creating reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics
Experience in identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within departments
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Working knowledge and experience in data science packages such as Python or R
Experience in building machine learning models (Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Regression, Neural Networks, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Experience with Machine Learning and AI.
