Job Description:

If yes, the role of Contracting&Procurement Excellence Lead is for you!

You will be working in the Contracting and Procurement (CP) / Supply Chain (SC) organization supporting the Downstream businesses, impacting the competitiveness of Growth and Transition Pillars, and contributing towards our Energy Transition ambitions and generating shareholder value.

You will be part of an organization that drives i nnovative and customer centric solutions that enhances the commercial competitiveness of our businesses and operational excellence of our CP/SC processes.

Accountabilities

On a day-to-day basis, your will be accountable to provide Information and Insights (I&I) solutions that enable (and accelerate) the delivery of strategic CP/SC transformation initiatives and drive commercial and operational competitiveness in areas that are influenced by CP/SC.

Specifically:


Drives CP Business Performance through insights from Scorecards & Dashboards, specifically:Provide timely, accurate and actionable data insights that enable: Data-driven decision making related to CP processes, Development of improvement plans on functional KPIs, Management information/appraisals, Compliance assurance.
Identify value added opportunities and develop solutions or proof-of-concepts (PoC) for improvement areas.
Implement and accelerate purposeful digital transformation of data analytics within CP processes. Benchmark & advocate replication of digital solutions from inside and outside of CP/SC.


Establish business partnerships with stakeholders and align deliverables to business needs, value drivers and objectives within CP Downstream Organization.

Proactively propose and articulate benefits of data analytics and digitalization thru focused messaging, aligned strategies and complimentary objectives based on understanding of business needs.

Capture business strategies, emerging demands and benchmarking gaps across Downstream, and ensure that these new opportunities areas are supported by data & new business intelligence solutions

Requirements

We are keen to hear from self-starting professionals who are eager to learn and develop themselves in this role (through self-initiative as well as formal trainings and peer support), and ideally have:


A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
About 5 years’ of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain related functions or the Downstream businesses, preferably with data analytics related roles.


Along with relevant knowledge and skills in the areas of:


Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint;
SAP and Salesforce (FIT4) applications;
PowerBI , Alteryx, Azure Data Hub, MSAccess, Spotfire or other databases, visualization and analytics tools,
CP master data, supply chains, systems, processes, tools and terminology knowledge


Beyond that, we’d hope to see as many of the following as possible on your CV:


Ability to identify, extract, refine, manipulate and analyze data to synthesize it into management information to report performance, draw conclusions, support decisions, solve problems and recommend required actions;
Experience in developing and managing scorecards and performance reports and providing recommendations;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be an effective business partner, building trust and influencing across a variety of organizational levels within a virtual, global environment;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver professional, coherent and effective written and spoken material, distilling complex messages to succinct, focused messages;
Ability to coach and help others (within and outside of the team) to achieve their full potential;
Project management skills, driving through to completion and roll-out, overcoming challenges creatively and positively;
