Winston & Strawn’s Chicago office is looking for a mid-level associate to join the private equity group. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of broad corporate experience with familiarity with M&A, finance and private equity transactions. Experience with SBIC funds is preferred, but not required. While Chicago is our principal focus for this position, candidates for our other offices will be considered. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their office location.
