Publicly traded Peninsula biopharma firm seeks an Executive Director Accounting will be responsible for overseeing much of operational accounting, including internal controls, monthly close, ERP systems, treasury, insurance, payroll and stock administration, risk management and compliance, and policy development and implementation. This role will partner closely with key stakeholders company wide, and have the opportunity to optimize and streamline processes and systems.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of increasing responsibility in accounting or finance.
Experience working in a publicly traded company required.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
CPA preferred.
Experience in a commercial-stage pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical, preferred.
Strong knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP.
Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
