Job Description:

The Financial Planning & Analysis Supply Chain will work with the Director, Operations / Commercial to provide financial support to the Global Supply Chain team. Provide high level financial support by evaluating financial results of operational decisions and initiatives and providing insight, implications, and recommendations to our Supply Chain teams. Proactively conduct analysis on operational effectiveness and cost containment opportunities.

Responsible for managing a budget, tracking and analyzing actual results, and making recommendations for process improvements.

Provide leadership on development of complex analytical, budgeting and forecasting models. Actively lead in the development of financial analysis on the cost impact of various departmental activities and communicating impact to relevant stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities


Annual Planning and Quarterly Forecasting
Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis of department performance against plan
Manage all financial modeling related to supply chain, including logistics costs and material costs
Review and evaluate key operational and financial data with Supply Chain leadership
Special Projects Leadership to Advance the Strategies and Performance of the Division
Inventory Reporting
Partner with Global Costing teams on supporting standard costing process
Board and Executive Committee Presentations and Proposals


Position Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years meaningful Financial Planning & Analysis experience in a corporate setting. Global background is highly desirable
Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills are required. Experience with Oracle, Hyperion and QlikView is a plus
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from analysis
Strong written and oral communication skills
