Great entry level position with training opportunity working in InsuranceBuild a stable career with a respectable global companyJoin a supportive and dynamic team in the Dunedin branch! The OpportunityAon currently has an opportunity for an experienced Account Broker to join our team in Dunedin.  In this role you will support Account Managers with management of key client accounts, which will include direct client engagement.  Day to day you might work on:Responding to client enquiriesDocument preparation Premium negotiations Policy and new business submissionsClaims management support There will be a focus on strong customer service and professionalism including attention to detail and ensuring that clients experience good outcomes. About you Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience and have experience within the General Insurance industry working with small-to-medium clients in the rural sector. You can demonstrate strong customer service skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and have a proactive skillset, using your initiative to assist clients.   Ideally you should have the following skillset: The ability to deliver high standards of quality client serviceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAn eye for detailStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookPositive attitude and drive to succeed. If you consider yourself highly motivated with a passion for providing the best client experience, then this is the role for you!
