About the Program
Tyson Foods’ Finance Analyst Development Program offers a unique opportunity for building our entry-level management talent pipeline, for those with a strong desire for winning and influencing the business. We are dedicated to developing strong Analysts with an insights-driven and critical thinking approach.
Our Finance Analyst Development Program consists of a 3-year rotational program, with thoughtfully laid out rotations each year to assist with shaping a robust career path for professionals entering the workforce. During the 3-year journey, Analysts will have in-depth technical training and targeted development in analytics, insights, influence, and leadership.
We support a differentiated development strategy – at Tyson, every individual is unique and that should be celebrated and encouraged – so we feel people development should be approached the same way. Each rotation is unique to the candidate and will complement the business strategy and goals.
After completing the FADP, you will have gained the skills and experience to be considered for a promotion to Sr. Finance Analyst, all based on overall performance and an interview process.

Position Profile

By joining the FADP, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, which impact decisions and drive the continued growth and success of Tyson. Come be a part of something big.
The FADP will partner program participants with finance and business leads in key areas including Business Finance, Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Planning and Analysis, Audit and other potential Finance & Accounting areas based on the interest of the participants.
Candidates will be involved in a broad range of activities which could include:
Supporting analysis-driven activity to contribute to effective business decision making
Highlighting trends and make thoughtful recommendations to key leaders on business impact drivers
Contributing to the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reporting
Partnering with management and staff to effectively forecast business performance
Preparing annual business plan and long-term strategic plans
Developing executive-level presentations, focusing on key data and points to drive business decisions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
3.0 GPA
