As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like:Design and prepare standard management reporting including financials, sales and other operational metricsDesign and produce dashboards by bringing multiple data sources together and automating production as well as visuals to show key points and trends from the data.Prepare ad hoc reporting as requested by STG leadership to help achieve revenue goals.Lead on data management and stewardship across the portfolio of tools and reporting insights – working with Operations and Finance teams to improve data and utilization.Support the development of the business case / financial modelingSupport development of annual budgeting process, in partnership with Finance, to incorporate investment requests into budgeting plans.Assist Finance team with production of 1 – 3 year financial modelling data and visuals.Produce applicable graphs / charts to help visually articulate key points to be used by senior leadership PowerPoint materials Skills and experience that will lead to success:Advanced Excel required; MS Access, Power BI and PowerPivot skills will be beneficialReporting development and data manipulationAbility to synthesize and analyze dataMS PowerPoint / visual graphs and charts creation for management presentationsAbility to understanding financial / IT data and systems to quickly get up to speed, and leverage available data to meet the needs of the business cases and market assessmentsUndergraduate degree – Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or similarExcellent interpersonal and communication (including presentation) skills and a proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts.Analytical mindset and strong data management skills with experience in manipulating, analysing and presenting data insights are essentialMethodical and well organised approach.
