The necessary ingredients to be successful in thisnrole include ownership, passion, analytical prowess, take-charge attitude,nexcellent people skills, resilient and a committed approach to getting thingsndone!nnYou willnhave a seamless blend of experience on process and operational excellence, projectnmanagement, consulting, digital transformation and communication skills.nnnnWe are currently looking for an(Senior) Consultant - Process, Digital Transformation & Change to join ournteam in Iselin, NJ to help us on our mission.nnnnAs the Ideal Candidate,YounWill nn•     Work on business process projects end to end:nfrom project planning to implementation; from strategic projects to entirenportfolionn•     Manage large-scale, enterprise-wide digitalntransformation and improvement projects with information technology andnbusiness process implications.nn•     Lead process excellence initiatives bynanalyzing, documenting, and designing current (As-IS) and future state (To-BE) ofnbusiness processes including SIPOC, portfolio mapping, workflows/ diagrams, keynperformance indicators (KPIs) and process metricsnn•     Incorporate various technology solutions (e.g.nRPA, BPM, AI, BI) and determine how to leverage them in process re-design tonincrease enterprise performance – while working with respective SMEsnn•     Conduct process workshops, identifynopportunities for lean, process digitalization & automation, and AI/ MLntechniques, manage concept solution and product development projects  nn•     Provide execution roadmaps, plans, timelines andncontinuous status reportingnn•     Manage key integration elements to ensure thenneeded process, technology and organizational touchpoints are adequatelynaddressed including interactions with global projects/ initiativesnnnnBasic Qualificationsnn•     Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Business/nFinance fields nn•     Minimum of 5 years (Consultant) or 8 yearsn(Senior Consultant) of relevant work experience in management consulting,ninternal consulting or business transformation project manager roles in antechnology environmentnn•     Solid experience in process excellence, projectnmanagement, business transformations, and agile organizations nn•     Analysis skills to understand the current statenand support development of the future state, including success measures/nmetricsnn•     Consistently identifies areas for iterative,ncontinuous improvement that enhance quality, effectiveness, efficiencynn•     Solid understanding and planning skills in allnaspects of the system's/business project life-cyclenn•     Experience and knowledge of change managementnprinciples, methodologies and toolsnn•     Communicates Skillfully, Effectively andnProfessionally: engages audiences at multiple levels, and communicates clearlynand visibly, both verbally, in writing, and in presentationsnnnnPreferred Qualificationsnn•     MBA preferrednn•     PMP certifiednn•     Strong communication skills and team-orientednmentalitynn•     Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, andnself-motivated working attitudenn•     Leads change by role-modeling new behaviors andnthinking, and motivating others to embrace new ideas and contribute to actionsnnecessary for SFS successnn•     Demonstrated ability to lead multipleninitiatives/ projects simultaneouslynn•     Learning agility and adaptabilitynn•     Self-starter capable to taking initiative andnworking with minimal directionnn•     Experience with BPM tools and methodologiesnn•     Expert in lean management and/or Six-Sigmann•     Familiar with Agile methodologynn•     Superior MS Office skills, including MS Projectn& Visio, Excel and PowerPoint Experience#LI-AMSOrganization: Financial ServicesCompany: Siemens Financial Services, Inc.Experience Level: Mid-level ProfessionalJob Type: Full-timeEqual Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
