Aon is looking for a Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst (Senior CIS)-Montreal Order to Cash team.As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions for our finance business group at Aon Montreal.Job Description:The Senior Financial Analyst is the pivotal link between Aon’s business operations and Aon’s financial policies. The Senior CIS is charged with providing exceptional customer service and financial administration while supporting established financial policies. Aligned with a specific and complex client portfolio, the primary focus of this role is to support the client level revenue and invoicing processes. The person in this role will be following established policies, processes and procedures and applying specific knowledge and experience to collect, analyze and communicate client information and financial results. Job Responsibilities:SummaryServe as a primary resource for questions & concerns related to financial policies, and procedures.Grow and maintain knowledge of client specific contract terms & services.Timely submission of client contract requests, monthly revenue and invoicing.Regularly collaborate with client team members to resolve data inconsistencies.Review, identify and resolve ad-hoc queries.Client Account ManagementFunction as the primary point of contact relating to the OTC revenue and invoicing processes Analyze and report on client level project information.Provide client support to Aon’s financial and business managers.Participate in order to cash (OTC) specific project teamsAs senior CIS, have a bigger and more complex book of clientRevenue RecognitionUnderstand Aon client agreements and apply understanding to the revenue processes.Work with appropriate business partners to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client source data.Review calculations for revenue uploads and revenue plan creation in accordance with policy.Contract level revenue plan setupInvoicingCoordination of Workflow tasks and accountability with business partners to process a completed client invoiceReview and validate invoice before submitting for approvalContract level Bill plan setup.As senior CIS, take on more complex clientsContract Setup Work with Aon’s CST team to set up client specific contracts in Workday.Review & analyze client contracts to resolve accuracy of set up.Perform contract amendments as requested by the businessAs senior CIS, have more complex clientsRequired Experience:2-4 years of related functional experienceStrong understanding of Excel and the Windows environmentPrior experience working with tight deadlinesResponsibility for accuracy and timeliness of work performedDemonstrated initiative, collaboration and organizational skillsFluently Bilingual (English/French)Preferred Experience:Knowledge of Workday platform is an assetRequired Behavioral CompetenciesStrong Communication SkillsCustomer Service & DeliveryProactiveStrong work ethicAbility to be Flexible & Adaptable to changeFiscally responsibilityStandout colleagueAbility to work independently and effectively within a matrix style organizationDemonstrated ability to work within a team environmentAbility to prioritize and multi-taskDemonstrated ability to deliver high quality, accurate work within tight timelinesAbility to work in a changing and developing environment, and to build the roleProven ability to understand and follow standard policies, processes and proceduresEducation:DEC / certificate in finance, accounting, or other related business fieldOrUniversity Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other related fieldsWe offer youA driven total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
