Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project budgets, including estimating costs and identifying potential risks
Monitor project expenditures and track spending against budgets
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management
Collaborate with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Prepare and submit progress invoices, cost reports, and other project-related documentation
Participate in project meetings and provide financial insights to project teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
Experience with cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and make recommendations.
