Aon is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage our US Incentives Key ResponsibilitiesKey partner to the NA Head of sales for analysis, reporting, research, plan issues, etc.Manage the incentive process from beginning to end with responsibility across Solution lines and Geographies.Oversee and resolve issues with employees and managers regarding monthly production reports and summaries / provide guidance to Regional Finance in their role as first level contact on issues.Work closely with the business, finance and operations on the set up of new plans and new contracts.Connect with Regional Finance and leadership on analysis and financial impact on individual plan changes. ‘Stop the buck’ related to production disputes, plan applications/interpretationsServe as a resource to finance and operations to provide guidance and feedback on any questions/issues that come up on a regular basis.Connect with Finance IT to manage data setup and output related to the implementation of annual incentive plan adjustments.Prepare monthly incentive accruals and forecasts, as well as the annual budget using knowledge of the plans and input from operations/finance/HR Work with External Auditors on the production reserve auditMember of the NA FP&A leadership team, expected to partner with other leaders across functions (Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, Controllership, Internal Audit), solution lines and geographies.
