It all begins with you.About this role:**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a Retail Auto Relationship Manager to cultivate and maintain relationships with medium to large and complex and/or high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory. u00a0u00a0This role will develop and execute strategy, proposals, and initiatives to generate additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities. Assesses the needs of the auto dealer to ensure satisfaction. Understands the profitability and risk of ongoing relationship. Develops and implements procedures to improve relationships if needed while also maintaining profitable relationships. In addition, responsible for securing any money owed to WF Auto (i.e. booksheet discrepancies, rebatables, etc.). Assists in clearing any customer generated complaints through the LOB or Enterprise complaints office. Ensures processes within the market territory support corporate objectives.In this role, you will:nParticipate in building and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory and identify opportunity for process improvements within the territorynManage auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio of assigned auto dealershipsnEstablish and maintain dealer relationshipsnTerminate non-performing dealersnResolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures and compliance requirementsnEstablish and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external customers, and interface with all levels of management, both internal and external partnersnUphold, support, foster and engage in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Requires travel within assigned territory. Successful candidate must reside in, or, be located within close proximity to assigned sales territory.
