Certified Mobile Notary Service (****is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Senior Branch Loan Originator to work remotely in the U.S.
DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Branch Loan Originator would work directly with the branch banker and the customer to handle the Mortgage needs. It would be most helpful for the Loan Originator to have experience working in or with a branch team previously.
This position will have their own primary source of business generated via the branch.
They are also able to utilize their own referral sources, such as Realtors on their own as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supporting approximately 7 branches (15-20 bankers) that will be their main driving source of business.
Cultivate relationships and presenting leads to the Home Lending Advisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a similar position.
Experience in operating a high-volume call processing is required.
SKILLS:
Very comfortable toggling in different systems and using technology.
must have the opportunity to be self-sufficient and manage their scheduled time working remotely.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
