Job Description:
Purpose:
Manage Operational and Tactical Contracts portfolio
Develop, tender and negotiate contracts in line with the Business Demand
Demonstrate HSSE behaviours in dealings with colleagues/contractors
Strategically manage Tail-end Spend by working in close coordination with
Category Managers and CP in the Business (CPiB) colleagues
Maximize value from Tactical and Operational contracts and implement Enterprise Framework Agreements and Category contracts
Channel Management – Optimize spend through P-Card, FI (Finance Invoice), PO (Purchase Order).
Ensure continuity of supply through managing ad-hoc business requirements in accordance with Tail-spend Management principles.
Accountabilities:
Work with stakeholders within Upstream, Projects, Wells (UPW) Business, and across Organizational boundaries to deliver substantial value by:
Creating a deeper business partnership
within the scope of the role focused to deliver maximum business value
Developing and executing fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend, aligned with Category Management and Contracting Process (CMCP) guidelines and with CPiB and Category Management strategies
Utilize market knowledge and business drivers to develop and execute fit-for-purpose commercial strategies and work plans for Tactical and Operational spend, aligned with CMCP guidelines
Provide a strong commercial influence with optimizing demand and specifications
Support Manage the Tail initiatives and rationalize the number of Contracts/Suppliers
Develop and share best practices and external market dynamics to deliver value
Identify, develop, and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) opportunities to streamline and improve performance – supporting UPW Delivery Procurement Manager (PM)
Ensure compliance with all Ethics & Compliance and Shell Control Framework requirements in the CP process
Deliver end-to-end cost savings impacting RDS bottom line
Assure all vendors comply with HSSE requirements
Dimensions :
Manage Tactical and Operational Contracts and Outline Agreements (including Low – Medium HSSE Risk contracts) in line with Contract Segmentation guidelines and principles
Part of the virtual team. No direct reports.
Stakeholders may be in various businesses and geographic locations
Collaboration with Global Category Managers, CPiB and own team members
Opportunity to make an impact on a bottom line savings
Sourcing Purchase Orders, Operational and select Tactical contracts
Engage with Requisitioners on new Business Needs
Support execution of Framework call-off agreements

Requirements:
Minimum 4-years
professional experiences related in Contract and Procurement.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration is required.
Experience or Knowledgeable in using SAP is preferred.
Certification in Supply Chain, Lead Six Sigma is a plus
Proven experience in contract negotiations & complex tender evaluation.
Proven track record of execution excellence & delivering results.
Well organized and able to manage competing priorities
Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
Fluent in Portuguese and English (written & oral)
