AI model for choosing investment analysts
Let me start by saying that I dont know what an appropriate budget is for this, so please dont bid based on what the posted budget is. Please just let me know whats fair.
Im looking for something to help me sort through REIT stocks to help me when choosing investments. Heres what Im picturing.
I want to input a number of stock analysts that have made predictions on specific stocks (There will be about 160 stocks used in this)
I want to use a number of data points, such as:
Type of REIT/company (12 types)
Market cap
Share price
Moving average
etc.
The data will be updated regularly based the performance of each stock, and the analysts picks.
With this data, I want to be able to get a confidence score based not only on how well a particular analyst has done on that specific stock, but also based on how well theyve done on other similar stocks when theyre in a similar position.
ie. are currently down or up, how theyre performing compared to the rest of the market, etc. Also, based on the specific type of company.
Ideally, this could be connected to an API to have most, or all, of the data automatically updated in real time. If that complicates things too much, I can update things manually. But I am willing to pay more to have the automation.
I want the end result to be for me to be able to open it up, and see what buy and sell recommendations currently have the highest confidence.
I dont plan on using this as my only means for choosing an investment, but as a way for me to narrow down the ones I want to look at on a particular day.
Again, I know very little about any of this so I dont know what an appropriate budget is. Please bid based on a fair price, and let me know if any of my requests are going to make it significantly more difficult and expensive.
