As a member of the Business Sector Leadership team, the incumbent will own Data Analytics, responsible for the collection, analysis and interpretation of internal & external data sets (incl. market, procedural, sales and financial) to make recommendations on Sales & Marketing focus and to help drive a culture of data-driven business decision-making for the Commercial organization. Contribute to the leadership teams annual Strategic Plan development exercise, to help identify key areas of focus that can deliver maximum growth and market share gain potential. Collaborate on a regular basis with Sales and Marketing leadership team to gather intelligence in changes re: market dynamics, RFP/contracting landscape, business risks and opportunities and projected ASP changes, to help shape IBP rolling 36 months unconstrained forecast; work with Finance partner to finetune to 24-month forecast.
Act as the key point of contact, representing the Commercial Team, to work with Finance and Supply Chain partners in optimizing the IBP process, ensure alignment & accuracy in demand forecast and pricing in system. Collaborate with Planning Team to drive the alignment of Stock Optimization with financial and demand forecast target as well as SOGL management.
Design and implement Performance Tracking Metrics & Dashboards to measure ROI for all key Sales & Marketing Activities. Work with Sales Leadership Team to manage the quota setting process to ensure fair and equitable distribution of quota by region and territory.
Oversee the work of an Operations Coordinator in managing all Sales Communication & backorder management, ETA follow-ups with Planning and timely updates to Commercial team (dotted line work relationship)

_Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers._
_Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences._
_Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data, competitor activity, industry dynamics and market knowledge._
_Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements._
_May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues._
_May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools._
_Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)_
**Must have.**
_Bachelors degree, or; Advanced degree_
Bachelors degree in Finance with a good understanding of Supply Chain.
_Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with bachelors degree or;_
_Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with advanced degree_
**Nice to have.**
Knowledge of the healthcare sector &/or medical device industry is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, Managerial Finance and/or Supply Chain
Proven ability in positively influencing Management decision-making with data analytics.
Possess a combination of sound business and financial acumen, strong data analytics skills
Big picture thinker
Demonstrate a keen interest in understanding market drivers & their impact on the business
Strong presentation skill
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into key salient points
Strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with key internal stakeholders Demonstrated ability to provide a strong, credible voice in a Corporate environment to represent the interest of the Business.
