Aon is looking for a Managing Director, Investment Banking, in our Reinsurance group. This role will be responsible for leading transaction origination, structuring, due diligence, and execution. Close collaboration with all members of the Aon Securities team and other key groups within Aon's reinsurance business will be key. This individual will possess proven origination and transactions execution experience, with a broad array of financings for insurance and reinsurance company clients. They will have driven and completed numerous transactions, with an emphasis on insurance-linked securities for domestic and international insurance/reinsurance company issuers. This role requires a track record of success in originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions.
